2:00 pm – 5:30 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
Alabama Alumni Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be open at the Sheraton New Orleans. Please stop by to meet your on-site staff and pick up your tour materials and souvenir!
5:00 pm – 6:30 pm | WELCOME EVENT
at the Sheraton New Orleans Pelican Bar
December 31st
7:45 am | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coach departs for the Smoothie King Center.
Please meet in the lobby by 7:30 am, and be sure to wear your official tour credential.
8:00 am – 10:00 am | TAILGATING WITH THE TIDE PREGAME EVENT
Join fellow UA alumni and friends to get ready for the big game! Admission includes a gameday buffet, open bar, Bama swag, and more!
11:00 am | KICKOFF – ROLL TIDE!

Alabama Crimson Tide vs Kansas State Wildcats
30 Minutes Post-Game | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coach will depart for the hotel. If you feel lost or can’t find your way back to the motor coach, please contact your on-site staff.
