Alabama Alumni Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be open at the InterContinental Los Angels Downtown. Please stop by to meet your on-site staff and pick up your tour materials and souvenir!
4 p.m. | CHECK-IN

10 a.m. – 3 p.m. | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
Alabama Alumni Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be open at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown.
Travelers are at their own leisure to explore the area.
January 1st – GAMEDAY!
5 a.m. | DEPARTURE
Parade Participants – Motorcoach departs from the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown for Rose Bowl Parade and will take you to the tailgate afterward.
(A separate parade ticket is needed for this event).
Please meet on the 1st FLOOR LOBBY at 4:45 am; be sure to wear your official tour credential.
9 a.m. | DEPARTURE
Non-Parade Participants – Motorcoach departs the InterContinental for the Tailgate with the Tide.
Please meet on the 1st FLOOR LOBBY at 8:45 am; be sure to wear your official tour credential.
11 a.m. | TAILGATE WITH THE TIDE
Tailgating with the Tide
at the Rose Bowl Stadium – Level 2 Blue Moon Club; Entrance Gate F
All attendees must have game ticket to attend! Your tailgate ticket does NOT include a ticket to the Alabama vs Michigan football game.
Join fellow UA alumni and friends to get ready for the big game! Admission includes a gameday buffet, open bar with adult ticket, indoor seating, 360 degree views of TV’s for watching other games, shakers and Bama swag and more!
