To ensure that all goes smoothly, please read the following carefully, as it will provide valuable information about your tour package, including game day information. December 30th
2:00 pm – 8:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Alabama Alumni Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the lobby of the Fairmont Dallas. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm | LOCAL ALUMNI CHAPTER EVENT
Join us at Bonnie & Clyde’s Bar & Grill in Grapevine.
Please note motor coaches will leave from the Ross Street Entrance of the Fairmont Dallas at 6:00 pm. Please meet in lobby by 5:30 pm.
December 31st – Game Day!
7:00 am – 9:00 am | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Alabama Alumni Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the lobby of the Fairmont Dallas.
9:15 am | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coaches depart the Fairmont Dallas from the Ross Street Entrance. Please wear your tour credential.
Please meet in the lobby by 8:45 am.
10:30 am – 1:30 pm | TAILGATING WITH THE TIDE: THE OFFICIAL ALABAMA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION TAILGATE
Tailgating with the Tide will take place at PBR Texas in the Live! district.
Please note we will be walking from the tailgate to the game. Please see your on-site staff if you feel you will have trouble walking to the stadium.
11:00 am | KICKOFF – ROLL TIDE!

1 Hour Post-Game | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
No later than one hour after the conclusion of the game, motor coaches will depart for the Fairmont Dallas. Exit and look for the Official Alabama Alumni Fan Travel Tour signs on the way to Lot 15. A game day itinerary will be available at the Alabama Alumni Fan Travel Hospitality Desk. If you feel lost or can’t find the buses, please contact your on-site staff.
